WorkSafeBC requires flush toilets on any construction site with 25 or more workers. That sounds straightforward until you realize most rental companies still operate mixed fleets, meaning you have to specifically request compliant units, verify what you’re getting, and sometimes pay more for what should be the baseline. Our entire fleet is fresh water flushable with a built-in handwashing station and soap. Every unit. Compliance isn’t an upgrade with us.
Construction Sites and Events
Active job sites can have our units onsite for months or years, with weekly servicing as standard and more frequent visits available for larger crews. Events are a different pace entirely, and BC public health guidelines recommend one portable toilet with handwashing facilities per 75 people, which gives you a practical starting point when you’re figuring out how many units you need. If you’re not sure, call us and we’ll work through it with you. Handicap accessible units are also available for any site or event that needs them.
Servicing That Stays on Schedule
Every service visit covers pumping, sanitizing, restocking toilet paper, and topping up the handwashing supplies. Construction sites are serviced weekly as standard. At events, we schedule visits around your timeline so units are clean and stocked when your guests need them. We show up when we’re supposed to, and we leave every unit in the condition your workers and guests deserve. A dirty portable toilet reflects on your site and your event. That’s not something we let slide.
